Bill Medlow at the microphone and Balan Nagraj in the front of the meeting room. Balan is the Desktop Publishing chairman. We use a portable PA system so we can be heard throughout the room. You can see the old color monitor we used for the presenter's benefit and the projection screen we have mounted to the wall. We bought a slightly larger one for our new projector. We have to lock up the pull down screen for security. Bill is probably talking about the Briarcliff classes.
